The 5th International Conference on Prevention and Management of Chronic Conditions invites all interested individuals to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Abstract Review Committee according to the topic categories. The presentation type (Oral or Poster) can possibly be changed by the review of the Abstract Review Committee. All abstracts must be submitted online no later than November 15, 2022

Guideline: How to prepare abstract
The abstract title should be brief and reflect the content of the abstract. Capitalize the first letter of the title with the exception of unique words
Do not include degrees or titles of authors
Abstract title and list of authors are automatically generated through registration of the abstract, please do not include this information in the abstract text
Abstract text - limited to 300 words Please note a reference list is not to be included in the abstract
We recommend using word-processing software (for example Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words. Then when finished just paste it into the appropriate box "Abstract"
The contents of the abstract should state briefly and clearly the purpose, methods, results, and conclusion of the study as indicated in the box provided. Purpose: Clearly state the purpose of the abstract Design and Methods: Describe research design, sample, data collection, and data analysis clearly and briefly Results: Present the study findings in a logical sequence in the text Conclusion and Recommendations: Emphasize new and important aspects of the study and conclusion that are drawn from them including the contributions of the study. Keywords: Specify research keywords clearly
