Guideline: How to submit abstract
Scientific papers will be presented in the form of oral presentations or poster presentations during the conference
All abstracts must be submitted through the website
You can save and edit your abstracts online until you decide to submit them via the abstract system.
When submitting the finalized version of your abstract, please fill all required fields in the online system.
No paper-based submission or communication will be accepted.
All abstracts submitted will be automatically edited according to the submission format
submitting author is responsible for every typing error and grammar on the abstract.
 
Process
After submitting the abstract online, presenting authors will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of his/her abstract. Please contact us if no confirmation letter is received. The review process is approximately 1 week after submitting the abstract.
Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent to submitting author.
Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the conference and presenters are required to register for the conference.
The same presenting author (oral or poster) cannot be assigned to more than one abstract but can be included as a co-author on many abstracts
Guidelines for Oral and Poster Presentations
Oral Presentation
Each oral presentation will last for 15 minutes, with 12 minutes for the presenter to present her/his findings and 3 minutes dedicated to questions from the audience and the change for the next presenter. All presenters must be available in the presentation room 15 minutes before the session starts. The chairperson will introduce the presenter and keep track of the timeline (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion). The presenters are kindly requested to follow the timeline strictly. If a presenter does not appear for her/his presentation, the next presenter will start his/her presentation as indicated in the section schedule.
 
AV Equipment in presentation rooms: The computer equipment will be available: notebook computer, mouse, LCD projector, screen, microphone, and laser pointer, so personal laptop will not be allowed during your presentation. The computer in the presentation room will be Windows 10 with Microsoft Office 2010.
 
Before your presentation, we will provide a computer for all presenters to rehearse and load your PowerPoint file at the presentation loading area.

USB flash drive
CD, DVD
External hard drive
 
Poster Presentation
Each poster board will be numbered in the top right corner. You will be given a poster board number to identify the correct space for putting up your poster.
 
The poster must not exceed the limits of 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. The orientation is ‘portrait’ style. The title, author(s), institution, and e-mail address are to be prominently displayed across the top border of your poster.
Some adhesive materials will be available in the exhibition areas
